Shipping & Return Policy – MVHair
At the MVHair, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Below is our Shipping & Return Policy to ensure you are fully informed before making a purchase.
Processing Time:
All orders of in stock items are typically processed within 2-3 Business Days, not including weekends, after your order has been placed. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed during these times will begin being processed on the following business day.
Shipping Time:
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 Business Days depending on your delivery location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and all remaining notifications to monitor its progress will be in your email.
The MVHAIR, is not responsible for any late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. In the event of any delays, all tracking of your package will be through the shipping carrier and with your provided tracking number.
Shipping Rates:
All Shipping Rates are at a flat rate of $15.
Order Delivery:
To ensure the safety of all our packages and customer satisfaction, every delivery will require a signature in order to accept the package. We, THE MVHAIR, are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. There will be no refunds provided for any stolen or lost packages once the package has been shipped and delivered with signature. If your package is lost or stolen, contact the shipping carrier and file a claim for their negligence and failure to meet your expectations.
International Shipping:
We do not ship International at this time! International shipping rates and delivery times will be provided once we begin shipping worldwide.
Return & Exchange Policy:
It is our goal to ensure all customers are fully satisfied with every purchase from The MVHair , all our products are professionally and accurately packaged to match every customers desired order. For this reason, all sales are final. There will be no refunds.
UPON THE APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT
You may exchange your purchase for the same purchase price if we are contacted within 48 hours after your package has been delivered. All hair must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way ( hair cut, dyed, trimmed, bleached, combed, brushed, etc.). You must return hair back in its original packaging and there is a $25 Restocking fee. Return shipping is responsible by the customer.
Any hair products that have been removed from their packaging, used, or altered in any way ARE NOT eligible for return and exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Once Hair has been reviewed, successfully verified , and returned successfully, Our Exchange process will begin. Expect the processing and shipping times to remain the same as your original order. All customers have ONE ATTEMPT to exchange a purchase, after this the sale is final.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase ! The MVHair is not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address. If you find that you have inputted the wrong shipping address, you have 24 HOURS after your order has been placed to contact us at [contact@themvhair.com], to change your shipping address. Once your package has been shipped there will be NO ADDRESS CHANGES ALLOWED ON OUR END. You may have to contact the shipping carrier for a possible change of address, which is not guaranteed. If your package is shipped and delivered to the wrong address, the only thing we can do is wait for the shipment to be returned to us as “unable to be delivered” and then it will be reshipped to the correct address. All return shipping, shipping, and handling fees will be the customers responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives and the hair purchased is damaged or defective (cut, burned, dyed, bleached, etc.) , please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We ensure all orders are packaged precisely but in the event you receive the wrong order (hair that is not what you ordered), contact us immediately with photos of the order. We will either send you a shipment with the correct order at no additional charge or we will issue a full refund. The damaged/incorrect/defective hair must be shipped back and we will cover all returned shipping costs.

PRE ORDER POLICY BELOW:
We’re excited to offer you the opportunity to preorder out-of-stock items, ensuring you don’t miss out on your favorite products ! Below are the details of our preorder policy:
PRE ORDER AVAILABILITY:
- Preorders are available for all items that are currently out of stock.
PRE ORDER PAYMENTS:
- Full payment is required at the time of all preorders to secure your hair. Preorders are NON REFUNDABLE unless the item is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING TIMELINE:
- All Pre Order Items have a processing time of 10 Business Days. This does not include the weekends. Our team will notify you via email when your item has shipped along with your tracking number. Please note, restock timelines can vary and unforeseen delays may occur. We strive to keep you updated on the status of all your Pre Order items at all times.
Once your order is processed, you will be notified via email. Processing Times may vary depending on the restock of items, though not guaranteed, processing time may be done earlier than the set timeframe. Do not expect an update before the end of our set processing time. After Pre Order is processed, shipping takes 5-8 Business Days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and all remaining notifications to monitor your shipment’s progress through your email.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- All Pre Orders can’t be canceled or modified once placed. Due to our set timeframe, orders begin to process once the order is placed. Please double-check that your cart consists of all items you desire to purchase. No further changes or cancellations will be allowed once your preorder is placed.
Multiple Preorder Items:
- If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order will ship in full once all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items separately for a faster delivery, please place separate orders.
Refunds and Issues:
- If an item becomes unavailable or is discontinued after your Pre Order, you will be notified and we will offer a full refund for that item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
